Requires exactly one president, at least two assessors and one secretary per polling station, and hard-blocks opening a bureau until it is complete — the single biggest cause of prefectural rejection.
Gap-free shift scheduling
Builds the day's permanences and validates that shifts are contiguous, with no coverage gap and no overlap, before a bureau can open — catching staffing holes while there is still time to fix them.
Double-booking prevention, commune-wide
Blocks assigning the same person to two overlapping shifts at any bureau, in any commune — a guarantee a paper roster simply cannot make.
Vote-counting arithmetic, checked
Enforces exprimes = votants minus blancs minus nuls, and that candidate votes sum to exprimes, before a result can be validated.
Precise discrepancy reporting
When figures do not reconcile, names exactly where and by how much — for example candidate votes short by 5 — so the clerk fixes the one wrong number instead of re-checking every total.
Configurable participation checkpoints
Capture turnout at whatever times the election actually requires — the standard midday and afternoon checks are a convenient default, not a hard-coded limit.
Aberrant participation detection
Blocks a voter count that exceeds the registered total and flags implausible turnout, catching data-entry mistakes the moment they are typed rather than after submission.
