The problem
Any cashier assigned to a POS terminal can close the session, skip opening cash control, or move cash in and out with no supervisor oversight. Odoo's native security groups are too technical and too coarse for a store manager to configure this granularity, and today's point solutions each cover only one of the three sensitive actions.

Every blocked or overridden attempt is logged with the user, action, terminal, session, and the manager who authorized an override.
