Certificate Verification
Validate certificate numbers against GIA, AGS, IGI and HRD format patterns, attach the grading PDF and photos, and track the result as Pending, Verified or Rejected with full chatter history.
Automated 4Cs Pricing
Configure pricing rules by shape, color range, clarity range, cut grade and carat band; each stone computes a suggested price automatically from the best-matching rule.
Multi-Attribute Inventory Search
Filter and group the full stone inventory by any combination of the 4Cs, certificate state, source or department, with kanban, list, pivot and graph views of the same data.
Bulk Parcel Import
Onboard a whole parcel of stones in one action with a CSV import wizard that maps 4Cs and certificate columns and reports any rows it could not process.

No external lab lookups are performed. The module validates the certificate number format against the selected grading body's pattern and checks that a certificate file is attached, then records the result as Verified, Pending or Rejected on the stone.
