The moment a product arrives, the system searches active outbound deliveries for waiting demand on that same product and surfaces the matched shipments, quantity and count directly on the movement.
Priority Alert Banner & 1-Click Routing
A banner on the movement form shows exactly which shipments are waiting and for how much; the Route to Packing button links the matched order and stages the movement in a single click.
Three-Stage Pipeline Kanban
A kanban board grouped by status gives supervisors a live, column-by-column view of every movement sitting at Arrived, Staged or Departed, with an overdue badge on any card past its dwell threshold.
Bulk Status Transitions
Select an entire trailer's worth of movements in the list view and mark them all Staged or Departed in one action — no clicking through records one at a time.
Dwell-Time Tracking & Overdue Alerts
Every movement's time on the dock is tracked automatically; an hourly check flags anything sitting past a configurable threshold with a red banner, list decoration and a chatter alert so stalled goods get attention.
Pallet & Consolidation Grouping
Pallet count, pallet type and dock bay are captured on every movement, and a dedicated consolidation view groups arrived pallets by destination and driver to show what can load onto the same trailer.
Handling Charge Capture
A handling charge field with a configurable default is recorded automatically when a movement is staged, so freight operators stop losing billable charges — no separate freight module required.
Mobile-Friendly Dock Intake
A streamlined Dock Intake action opens straight to the movement form with the type pre-set to Inbound, giving operators standing at the dock a fast, touch-friendly way to log arrivals.
KPI Dashboard & Configurable Settings
Graph and pivot views break down volume, dwell time and handling charges by operator and status, while a dedicated settings screen lets managers tune the dwell threshold and default charge.

Arrive & Log
A driver pulls in and an operator logs the movement at intake — product, quantity, pallets and bay — in seconds from the Dock Intake screen.
Match Demand
The system checks waiting outbound orders for that product and shows the match on the movement, with a direct link to the order driving the demand.
Stage or Route
Operators stage the movement or, when demand is waiting, route it straight to packing in one click — skipping putaway entirely.
Depart & Track
The movement departs, dwell time is recorded end-to-end, and overdue alerts and the KPI dashboard keep supervisors on top of every stage.
