Live threshold warnings at point of entry
The single-gift limit, the cumulative limit and the running total against a counterparty are shown on the form the moment a declaration is entered, so a breach is visible before it is ever submitted.
Public-official escalation
Flag a counterparty as a public official and the declaration is automatically routed through full approval regardless of value, closing a gap every competitor leaves manual.
Currency-normalised thresholds
Gifts entered in any currency are converted to company currency using Odoo's own exchange rate as of the declaration date, so threshold comparisons stay consistent across international counterparties.
Tamper-evident sealed records
On final approval, a SHA-256 fingerprint seals the record. Any later amendment is flagged with a clear, always-visible "seal broken" indicator for auditors.
One-screen approval audit trail
Who submitted, who approved at each step, when, and why a record was rejected are all shown together on one panel — no hunting through chatter or email during an audit.
