The problem
Odoo shares product attributes and values globally across every company in a database. One legal entity's "Color", another's "Colour", and a reseller's "Farbe" all pile up in the same dropdown, with no way to say an attribute belongs to a single company — leading to cluttered lists, inconsistent product setups, and reporting noise.
The solution
This module gives each company its own attribute catalog. Attributes are automatically owned by the company that creates them, child companies inherit their parent's attributes automatically, near-duplicates are flagged at creation, and a bulk wizard lets admins reassign or share many attributes at once — with a full preview of every product it will affect.

The attribute form flags when a same-named attribute already exists in another company, and links straight to it so you can reuse instead of duplicating.
Bulk Assign-to-Company Wizard
Select any number of attributes from the list and reassign them to a company, or make them shared, in a single action.
Safe-Move Impact Preview
Before applying a bulk reassignment, the wizard shows exactly which products use the selected attributes, so nothing changes silently.

No. Existing attributes keep working exactly as before. An attribute is only assigned to the active company when it is newly created or explicitly reassigned — nothing changes for attributes you already have until you choose to scope them.
