The problem
Native Odoo POS forces a near-binary choice: an unrestricted manager who sees every location and every cash drawer, or a basic user too limited to close a session. Cashiers can freely discount, edit prices, delete paid lines and issue refunds — a direct source of shrinkage the owner cannot see until reconciliation fails.

Ship the missing middle. Assign a complete permission template in one click, fine-tune per user, scope a manager role to one store, and restrict which orders each user can see.
