The problem
Order lines, BoM components, and subtask lists render as a plain table with no search, filter, or sort. Once a list grows past a page, older rows are silently hidden behind the pager, one wrong assumption away from a duplicate entry or a missed line.

AND / OR / NOT Operators
Combine search terms the way you already think about them: a space for AND, a pipe for OR, and a leading dash to exclude a term.
Stacked Column Filters
Open Filters and pick one or more values per column, each with a live count, and combine filters across columns without repeated dialogs.
Group By Value Chips
Pick a field under Group By and click a value chip, complete with a live count, to narrow the list to just that value.
Truncation-Safe Record Count
The bar always shows "X of Y shown," so it is never a guess whether a record beyond the page limit is still out there.
One-Click Show All
Load every remaining related record with a single click, so search and filters can reach records the page limit would otherwise hide.
