Add multiple products to a quotation in one screen
Pick many products, set quantities in bulk, preview unit price and on-hand stock, then drop them all onto the sales order with a single confirm — while native pricelists, taxes and units of measure stay intact.
The problem
A quotation with fifteen to forty line items means "Add a line", search a product, set a quantity, and repeat — dozens of times per document. For inside-sales reps and order-desk clerks handling high-line-count orders all day, that friction slows every quote.
The solution
One "Add Multiple Products" button opens a single-screen picker for sale order multi product selection. Choose every product, set quantities in bulk, and add them all at once — with unit price and stock visible before you commit.

Add multiple products to a quotation in one interaction. Build the whole list, then confirm once instead of looping through "Add a line" for every item.

How it works
Open the Picker
On any draft quotation, click "Add Multiple Products" above the order lines.
Select Products
Add products one by one or bulk-load a whole category, with price and stock in view.
Set Quantities
Enter a quantity per line, or type one value and apply it to all at once.
Add to Quotation
Confirm once and every product lands as a priced order line.
