Sell tickets in advance, generate a QR code on each one, and check guests in at the door against that code. Every scan updates real attendance against tickets sold, so managers always know who actually showed up.
Event calendar and lifecycle
Plan nights on one calendar and move each event through draft, confirmed, on sale, live and done. Capacity, venue, event type and responsible manager are set once and drive ticketing, staffing and stock for that night.
