Mark an activity seasonal and set its start and end dates. Off-season booking attempts are blocked automatically, so no one needs to remember which tours run only in harvest season.
Automatic Booking-to-Invoice
Confirming a booking generates the guest's invoice through standard Odoo invoicing, with the activity, headcount, and price already on the line. Nothing is re-keyed into the books.
Guest Self-Service Portal
Guests view their bookings, request a new activity, and get an instant confirmation message from a dedicated portal page — without a staff member entering the reservation by hand.
Automated Reminders & Messaging
